How to setup for retrieval support tickets which is submitted via email?

1. Input correct settings such as Email Address Of Help Desk (for example support@youremail.com) , POP3, SMTP, etc.  at  http://www.hothelpdesk.com/Admin/Email.aspx

2. To test it, you can send a email to the address (for example support@youremail.com)

3. After half of hour, if you can see the email content at http://www.hothelpdesk.com/Technician/ViewTicket.aspx, it means it's OK!

Note: You are sure that your email is not blocked by your email (for example support@youremail.com) spam settings.
