How can a technician get a email notification when a customer leaves a ticket?

1. Input correct settings such as Email Address Of Help Desk (for example support@youremail.com) , POP3, SMTP, etc.  at  http://www.hothelpdesk.com/Admin/Email.aspx

2. Go to the webpage http://www.hothelpdesk.com/Technician/EditProfile.aspx and switch to Person Information tab then check the item Accept email notification if guest submit or reply ticket
